CAAB REPORT 118

Sunday 28 March 2004
USAF LAKENHEATH

Researching  for CAAB round JAC Molesworth, USAF Mildenhall, USAF Lakenheath and the Deep Space Facility and Near Space Center last weekend proved useful.

However Lindis was again spuriously arrested by PC Curtis (Ministry of Defence Police Agency) at USAF Lakenheath.  She spent some time witnessing and protesting at the Main entrance to USAF Lakenheath using the US flag upside down with the words "Independence FROM American" written on it.

Lindis was arrested for an alleged 'obstruction of the highway' and taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Station.  She spent all of 15 minutes in custody.  Sergeant Warby (Suffolk Police) released Lindis without charge saying that she 'may have obstructed the highway' (she did not) but that she was 'not obstructing now'.
