BUCKINGHAM PALACE GATE PROTEST

Lindis was arrested for suspicion of criminal damage and alleged 'aggravated trespass' after this protest. She was not charged with any alleged offence at the time but was released and bailed to return to Charing Cross police station on 10 December at 2 pm. She was notified on 8 December that 'no further action' is to be taken.
